Through a process of consultation with the Client, TIC shall assist establish the project scope and its Interior Design and FF&E requirements.

TIC will review the Client’s space planning to determine its compatibility with the agreed upon requirements.

TIC shall prepare for presentation conceptual general floor layout plans, furniture and furnishings layout, false ceiling layout, material and furnishings selections.


Upon written approval by the Client of Conceptual Design, TIC shall prepare schematic Design drawings that will sufficiently describe the design intent.

TIC shall present one set of colour boards in order to convey the overall Interior Design to the Client for his final approval.


Upon written approval of the Schematic Design, TIC shall proceed with the design development and prepare working drawings with necessary details and specifications. TIC shall prepare schedule and specification book of all the materials, colour finishes, soft furnishings and furniture as well as prepare material specifications for specialty items and finishes.

These documents and specifications shall convey the entire interior design intent for tendering and construction purposes.

TIC shall recommend and/or select from Manufacturer’s/Suppliers products for all carpets, fabrics, decorative accessories, furniture, furnishings and fixtures, including lamps and decorative lighting, etc.
